Landlord Client Intake Questions

Owning a rental property can be rewarding — but also time-consuming.

Between tenant communication, maintenance requests, and legal compliance, many owners find the day-to-day management can quickly become a full-time job.

That’s where professional property management comes in. My goal is to protect your investment, reduce vacancy, and ensure your rental operates smoothly — with less stress for you.

Our Process: From Listing to Lease

  • STEP ONE: Initial Walkthrough and Proposal

    • The first step is scheduling a walkthrough of your property. This visit helps me understand your home’s condition and features so I can provide pricing recommendations and a customized management proposal.

  • STEP TWO: Marketing and Tenant Placement

    • Once you’re ready to move forward, I handle every aspect of finding and securing a qualified tenant.

      • Leasing services include:

      • Professional photography

    • Marketing and showings

    • Tenant screening

    • Lease drafting.

Leasing fee: Equal to one month’s rent — covering all marketing, showings, screening, and lease preparation.

Ongoing Monthly Management

After the tenant moves in, I handle all day-to-day operations, including:

  • Rent collection

  • Maintenance coordination

  • Tenant communication

  • Legal compliance

  • Financial reporting
